Germany: €5.90, free shipping for orders over €50

How long does shipping usually take?
We know you’re excited to receive your Nour De La Lune products, so we do everything we can to get these to you as quickly as possible. Within the territory of Germany orders are usually received within 2 business days, from the moment of dispatch from our warehouse. Within other European Union countries, orders are usually received within 3-5 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. Delivery time for all other international orders depend on the country of destination of goods.

What ingredients are in the products?
We use certified organic, natural, or naturally derived ingredients. All of our ingredients are sourced from the highest-quality suppliers and are certified halal and vegan. You can find a detailed list of ingredients under each product in our shop.

Are the products effective?
We are committed to providing you with effective products that meet the needs of your skin. We carefully evaluate the efficacy of each of our products to ensure you achieve the desired results. This includes dermatological testing and user trials.

Where are the products made?
Our skincare products are made in Germany in close collaboration with a renowned company that has over 50 years of experience in developing, manufacturing, and packaging high-quality cosmetics. This extensive expertise, combined with family management, allows us to cater to the individual preferences of our customers.

Do you take any special measures to protect the environment?
Yes, we place great emphasis on environmental protection through various measures:
• Our production processes are designed to preserve the natural properties of ingredients,maximize their effectiveness, and minimize our ecological footprint.
• We avoid synthetic fragrances, dyes, and harmful ingredients such as silicone oils and petroleum-based chemicals.
• Our products are free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and are not irradiated.
• We produce locally, use only what is necessary, and prioritize sustainable packaging.

Is the packaging recyclable?
For our creams, we use Sulapac jars, an innovative and eco-friendly packaging solution. Sulapac jars are made from bio-based and biodegradable material, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional plastic. These packages are designed to decompose after use without leaving harmful residues (microplastics) in the environment.

Our liquid products are sold in glass bottles, which are reusable and recyclable.

Our candles and incense holders are recyclable and reusable as well. You can continuously reuse our candles by purchasing our soy wax refill packs.
